Hi! I’m Choralina-Reiki Master, Songstress and Founder of Fast Frequency Acceleration Journeys. In these sessions, I combine the power of sound and hertz frequency with energy, for a gentle and transformative experience-accelerating the release of conscious, unconscious, and subconscious blockages deep within the mind, body, and spirit.
THE MIND
-In our minds, there are two realms: the UNCONSCIOUS and the SUBCONSCIOUS. The unconscious operates automatically, controlling basic functions like breathing, while the subconscious gathers and stores information from our senses, shaping our thoughts and feelings.
THE BODY
-Our bodies store every experience, every event, every person, place, or thing. Unless they are released, these memories stay in the body, whether we are aware of it or not, constantly influencing our nervous system and our Fight-Flight-Freeze or Fawn response.
THE SPIRIT
-The spirit of a person is an intangible essence that defines who they are at their core and sets them apart from others.
With these individually curated Fast Frequency Journeys, I offer a variety of modalities to support you on your path towards optimal health and wellness. Surrounded by a beautiful setting, we will set our intention and connect with your desired outcome. We begin with a cup of Heart Opening Cacao, Movement, a Guided Meditation, Hertz Frequency Music, followed by a Chakra Activation, and a Full Body Reiki Ascension Acceleration Treatment. As we move through the session, I will sing to you with my Original Mantras and you will be surrounded with speakers that will sound the Solfeggio Frequencies as we move through your own unique Chakra System. Some additional tools I will use include: Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Vocal Toning, Drumming, and Intuitive Messages to support you on your wellness journey.
